Tue. 2/19/08 was my 2nd day officially participating and already I feel a tremendous difference in my body and overall being. A studio such as Studio 13 is so vital to ones spiritual, mental, physical, emotional and social alignment. Thank you Deanne for being who you are. I’m striving to be who I am.
