Deanne’s grand daughter Roxanne was born on July 3, 2008 at 13:17PM. (A Studio 13 Baby, no doubt!!!) Roxanne is the daughter of Deanne’s son Shamari Feaster and his lovely wife Nana Ese. See her pictures below.

THE GRATITUDE EXERCISE
1. Inhale through the nose.
2. Exhale completely through the mouth.
3. Inhale deeply and smoothly through the mouth.
4. Exhale completely through the nose.
