PASSION! That “Thing” called Passion. Let me share my passion with you.
24 years ago living in Los Angeles, I called my mother in Jamaica and said, “Mummy, I want to come home and open my aerobics studio.” Fast forward, 24 years later on October 13, 2007, I opened Studio 13 Miracle & Healing Center in New Orleans! Yes, I am a Hurricane Katrina survivor, and a witness for the power of Passion and Perseverance.
Passion is that “Thing” that you love doing, that makes you feel good and brings you great joy! My passion, and purpose is teaching fun, exciting and exhilarating exercise classes and through that medium I help each person discover and uncover that “Thing” called passion! I love doing that, because it brings me great joy to see us living life exhilarated and grateful embracing our life experiences (good and bad) as wonderful teachers.
