shamari&deanneMs. Deanne DePass Feaster is a certified fitness and wellness professional with over 30 years experience in the fitness industry, and is the Founder and Visionary of Liberation Spirit Wellness (LSW). She conducts a variety of group and private exercise sessions in Spinning, Aerobics, Weight Training, & Yoga. Deanne also leads warm-up exercises for conferences and retreats, workshops and fitness run/walks. Deanne leads Miracle & Healing workshops and is a wellness consultant serving individuals and organizations.

Deanne is the owner of LSW Studio 13 Miracle & Healing Center in New Orleans. Studio 13 Miracle & Healing Center is the “bringing together” of Deanne’s philosophy of living life with passion, having desires and dreams and to create your life of “wholeness with wellness”. Studio 13 offers group and private exercise sessions in Spinning, Yoga, Aerobics & Muscle Pump. Studio 13 is the ONLY facility Metro New Orleans offering the GRAVITY TRAINING SYSTEM. findingpeacecover.jpgIn April 2007 Deanne recorded her first CD a Guided Meditation, “FINDING PEACE AFTER THE STORM”. Deanne considers this ground breaking work that came from the depths of her belly to heal first herself, and then to be a healing agent and a resource tool for everyone. Deanne is a happy survivor of Hurricane Katrina and shares her journey in finding her Peace and reducing her stress especially after Hurricane Katrina. “This CD helps to till the soil of your consciousness, opening your spirit to receiving, quieting the noise so that you can listen and hear the Still Small Voice that is speaking to us,” is how Deanne describes this life changing work, and how it can help you. Finding Peace, Deanne understands the urgent need and wants to help each person to “Finding Peace After The Storm.”

Deanne is the proud and happy mother of 23 year old Shamari Feaster. Deanne owns a home in New Orleans East, and is currently living in her home as the reconstruction continues. “Walking on concrete never felt so good,” says Deanne of moving back in her house on June 11, 2007, after living in an apartment in the City since January 2006.

Personally Deanne loves to go for long meditation walks, jog, weight train and enjoys quiet times to read and write reflective responses and essays. “Leading by example” is Deanne’s motto. Her mission and goal in life is to be a part of the process as we are “transformed by the renewal of our minds….”

Deanne Feaster hosted and produced “Fitness Xpress” on New Orleans Access TV Channel 78, for 3 seasons.
